The Campbell Heights Business Park is a developing industrial park in South Surrey spanning approximately 1,700 acres. Campbell Heights exemplifies a high-quality development catering to light impact industrial users, supplying regional capacity for warehouse and manufacturing uses. Comprehensive architectural design and integrative landscaping are some of the key features of Campbell Heights in consideration of the area’s adjacency to the ALR and environmental areas. A number of businesses have relocated and/or expanded operations to Campbell Heights given the Business Park’s strategic location and connectivity to region’s transportation network, supporting convenient goods movement throughout the Lower Mainland and the Pacific Northwest.

PLG’s involvement in Campbell Heights Business Park dates back to the rezoning and subdivision of the original, 350-acre Phase 1 development. As part of this process, PLG was involved with developing zoning categories for Campbell Heights. PLG also managed the rezoning and subdivision for the 300-acre Surrey City Development Corporation lands. We have acted as the lead consultant for more than 20 projects in the Campbell Heights area, including B&B, Cloverdale Cold Storage, Loblaws Warehouse and Hopewell Developments.
