Corporate Announcement from Pacific Land Group

We are pleased to share the promotion of Rosa Shih to a Senior Planner position within Pacific Land Group. Rosa is a Registered Professional Planner who has been with Pacific Land Group since 2014, starting as a Planning Assistant. She has contributed greatly to the diversity of planning work with our clients over the past decade and has become an integral member of the PLG family. It is with great pleasure that we recognize Rosa’s dedication and hard work as she progresses into an exciting new role.

With a professional and educational planning background in international development,  environmental management, and city and regional planning, Rosa is a critical thinker with technical knowledge of legislation, policies, bylaws, and planning processes.

In her time at PLG, Rosa has successfully delivered projects for developers, land owners, and local governments, including planning approvals involving municipal, regional, and provincial agencies such as the Agricultural Land Commission. In addition to development approvals, Rosa prepares expert opinion reports and is qualified as an expert witness, recently appearing before the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2024.
