City of Surrey: Grandview Heights Area 3 ("Darts Hill") Neighbourhood Concept Plan

City of Surrey Council approved a Grandview Heights Area #3 (“Darts Hill”) Stage 1  Land Use Concept as identified in Corporate Report R163. In addition, Council: 

  • Directed Staff to proceed with all necessary components associated with Stage 2 of the Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP);
  • Approved a boundary extension to the NCP, as part of Stage 2;
  • Authorized staff to receive and process development applications for properties within the Darts Hill NCP on the basis of the Stage 1 Land Use Concept; and
  • Such development applications not proceed to final approval until the Stage 2 component of the NCP is completed and approved by Council.

Pacific Land Group (PLG) has actively participated the Grandview Height Area 3 Neighbourhood Concept Plan process since 2017. PLG has provided professional land use planning, transportation road network and environmental advice for property owners and communicated with City Staff. Currently, PLG is currently working with the property owners on a Rezoning / Subdivision / Development Permit / Sensitive Ecosystem Development Permit application for townhouse, semi-detached and detached single family homes.
