City of Richmond: Rezoning Application for Medical Cannabis Production Facility
The City of Richmond received an Application from Rosebud Productions Inc. to rezone a portion of 23000 Fraserwood Way, Richmond (Units 105, 110, and 115) to allow a licensed Health Canada medical cannabis production facility. Following prior Council meetings and Public Hearing discussions, City of Richmond Council has given first, second and third readings to this Rezoning Application.
